- This Pre-solicitation notice provides notification to all Small Business concerns (this acquistion is a Small Business set-aside) in submitting offers for an upcoming solicitation for construction work to repair masonry deficiencies to the Drug Enforcement Administration's main academy building located in Quantico, Virginia. The magnitude of this solicitation is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238140 (Masonry Contractors - This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in masonry work, stone setting, bricklaying, and other stone work). The Small Business Size Standard is $15,000,000 in average annual receipts for the past three years. The complete solicitation package will be made available only through the FedBizOpps website https://fbo.gov/. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain a copy of the solicitation at no charge from FedBizOpps. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted to FedBizOpps as applicable. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from this site. This project will be solicited as a 100% Small Business set-aside with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract in which award will be made, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in FAR 13.106-2, to the offeror whose evaluated offer represents the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. Anticipated issue date for the solicitation is at least fifteen (15) calendar days after the issuance of this notice. Any questions concerning this Pre-solicitation notice shall be submitted by e-mail to the primary POC identified.
