- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes a combined synopsis/solicitation and quotes are being requested. The solicitation number is 68HE0C18Q0145 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). NAICS: 333924, Warehouse Trucks and Tractors, Self-Propelled, Size Standard: 750 employees This requirement will not be set aside for small business and will be conducted using full and open competition procedures. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ¿s Office of Air and Radiation (OAR), National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory (NVFEL) in Ann Arbor, MI is requesting quotations from qualified sources to provide two (2) electric vehicle movers and (2) battery charging stations in accordance with the attached minimum specifications. In addition, there are options for an additional electric vehicle mover and extended preventative maintenance and warranty periods. Technical responses shall include a crosswalk for the proposed electric vehicle mover, battery charger, warranty, and preventative maintenance that references back to the minimum specifications and explains HOW the proposed electric vehicle mover, battery charger, warranty, and preventative maintenance meets each requirement. Any necessary technical information for the electric vehicle mover and battery charger shall be included in the quotation. Failure to provide the required crosswalk and/or technical information to justify the proposed electric vehicle mover and battery charger meets the minimum specifications may result in the quote being removed from the competition. It is the offerors responsibility to provide enough information in its technical quote for the Government to determine Technical Acceptability.
