Description

SEKI001-19 Exhibit B Nondiscrimination UPDATED SEKI001-19 Amendment No. 1 The National Park Service (NPS) issued Amendment No. 1 to the solicitation for proposals in response to a business opportunity to operate pack station, guided trail rides, and other related services at Cedar Grove Pack Station and Grant Grove Stables within Kings Canyon National Park. Pursuant to 36 C.F.R. Part 51, the Director has determined that there is a preferred offeror for the Draft Contract. The Prospectus is available on the NPS Commercial Services website at https://www.nps.gov/subjects/concessions/prospectuses.htm (please be advised this is an updated link). Amendment No. 1 provides an updated Exhibit B (Nondiscrimination) including language exempting certain concession contracts providing seasonal recreational services or seasonal recreational equipment rental from Executive Order 13658 (Establishing a Minimum Wage for Contractors). Questions related to the prospectus must be received in writing via email by June 14, 2018 to Christopher Fryday at the email address below. Interested parties are encouraged to join the Prospectus mailing list to be notified of any future modifications or correspondence by emailing Christopher Fryday, Financial Analyst, at chris_fryday@nps.gov. Any proposals must be received by the National Park Service, Pacific West Region, Attn: Commercial Services Office, 333 Bush Street, Suite 500, San Francisco, California 94104 no later than 4:00 PM (Pacific Time) on August 15, 2018.
