Description
Attached is a copy of the draft statement of work. This announcement serves as notice to all potential offerors that the Illinois Army National Guard, USPFO, Contracting Office, 1301 N. MacArthur Blvd, Springfield, IL 62702 (IL-ARNG) anticipates the release of a formal Request for Quotes (RFQ) under solicitation number W91SMC-18-Q-1015 for the Recruiting and Retention Recognition and Promotion Items (RPIs) to be delivered approximately 10 August 2018. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the requirement is as follows: 339999 All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing. The IL ARNG is advertising its intent to post the RFQ on or around 28 June 2018, for this requirement. See the attached DRAFT SOW for additional information regarding this requirement. A final SOW will be issued with the Solicitation. The anticipated delivery date will be 10 August 2018. The requirement will be available to small business only, with an anticipated award date of 13 July 2018. The formal announcement of the RFQ will provide all applicable documents for this requirement. Email us with any questions or concerns that you may have in regards to the information provided in this synopsis. NOTE: All prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for contract award. Registration may take up to three weeks to complete, so immediate attention to ensure eligibility is recommended. For registration, go to http://www.sam.gov and follow the instructions. This notice of intent does not in itself represent the issuing of a formal request for proposal and is not intended to be taken as such. It will be released later with all applicable terms and conditions and a response date.
