- Description
- Statement of Work Subscription to a web-based, online support information database system for management and administration of six Graduate Medical Education residency training programs at Eisenhower Army medical Center General: This is a non-personal service contract for subscription to a web-based, online information database system which supports the management of six (6) Graduate Medical Education residency training programs in accordance with requirements of the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), the national accrediting body. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers providing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor, who is in turn responsible to the Government. Description of Services/Introduction: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide the subscribable, web-based Graduate Medical Education Residency Management Support Program as defined in this Performance Work Statement, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contract shall perform to the standards in this contract. Background: The ACGME, the accrediting organization, requires in-depth tracking and reporting on all aspects of a GME residency training program, for trainees, faculty, and administrators. Because of this workload, all institutions nationwide that sponsor graduate medical education are using an online residency management support system to administer their programs. DDEAMC has been subscribing to an online support system for eleven (11) years. The on-line system shall have the following capabilities to securely track and report on required residency program data as dictated by the ACGME for six (6) Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center residency programs, which are Family Medicine, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and the Transitional Year. Users shall be provided assistance to have the flexibility to customize certain reports to match their specific program requirements NOTE: Please note whether you are a small business concern or not.
