- The purpose of this amendment is to answer the following questions: Question 1: Does Solicitation W15QKN-18-R-0052 Machine Shop Floor Support Services require one Shipping and Receiving Support employee for a total of four Support Employees plus Management and Administrative support? Answer: As stated on page 40 of the solicitation, under Factor 1: Technical, the Government requirement is for Press Brake Manufacturing Support, Waterjet/Laser Manufacturing Support, Shipping and Receiving Support, Manufacturing Support, and Management of Tasks. The Management of Tasks Support requires Management and Administrative Support as well. Questions 2: Is this contract designed to continue supporting existing employees who are currently on location with satisfactory job performance? Answer: There are no existing employees currently on location. Question 3: Is it the Government's intention to bring in new employees? If it the Government intends to use this contract to support existing employees, what are their current rates/rate categories and existing benefit packages? Answer: The Government has no information on previous employees or rates/rate categories or existing benefit packages. Question 4: Do you require resumes of Manufacturing/Shipping and Receiving Support and Management personnel proposed for this contract? Answer: The solicitation does not require resumes; however, offerors must demonstrate that the proposed labor categories possess the required experience of their respective labor categories. Resumes are acceptable to demonstrate such experience. Question 5: What is considered normal duty hours? Answer: The solicitation does not specify normal duty hours; however, support is required continuously on a full time basis, which would be for 8 hours per day for 40 hours per week. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
