Description
CANCELLATION NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 80NSSC18Q0604 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 2005-97 with a small business size standard of 750.00 employees. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2018-05-21 11:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be Las Cruces, NM 88012 The NASA Shared Services Center requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: ECLIPSE-HX-MEDIAN-0P Spare Eclipse HX-Median 7 slot matrix frame. Including 6RU card frame with eight interface module slots, dual-redundant CPU's (CPUHX- SPARE) and dual-redundant power supplies, 2, EA; LI 002: EHX.9.1.0 EHX Eclipse-HX Configuration Software : EHX released on DVD with softcopy manuals. Logic-Maestro, for conditional logic control, is now included with EHX. Production-Maestro, is included for time limited demos,, 2, EA; LI 003: E-QUE-HX Eclipse HX-Delta, HX-Median or HX-Omega Integra digital wireless card set to support up to 10 active antennas. The rear card has eight ports for directly connecting transceivers (without power) and up to 10 transceivers using the optional FSII-SPL splitters. Can also be used for E1 (30 Channel) or T1 (24 Channel) trunking. Maximum four cards per Eclipse frame as standard. Takes one slot in the 6RU or 3RU matrix frame., 5, EA; LI 004: FSII-SPL transceiver splitter box with Fiber option. Provides five transceiver CAT5 feeds from one transceiver port on the FSII Basestation or Matrix E-QUE-HX rear card. Two FSII-SPL splitters can be used to extend CAT5 cables over fiber up to 65,000 feet (20km). Can be configured to directly use the FSII-BASE-II fiber ports. Employs IV-Core technology to provide 32 independently configurable IP audio channels for connection to V-Series panels, Agent-IC and Concert clients, LQ and other Eclipse-HX matrix systems (as Tie lines or Intelligent Links). Up to 3 Audio Channels can be assigned to each V-series panel. All channels may be independently optimized for LAN, WAN or Internet connections and employ the established G.722 low latency Audio Codec. Maximum of 4 cards per Eclipse-HX frame (excluding HX-Omega which supports 6). Requires one card slot., 2, EA; LI 010: V12LDX4Y-IP IP enabled V-Series 1RU 12 lever key yellow ten-character display panel with XLR-4 male headset connector and user menu. The panel has 12 keys including one reply/answer-back key and eight shift pages. Each key has individual up/down crosspoint level buttons. Eclipse-HX only: As well as IP intercom, from v8.0 provides two additional IP auxiliary audio channels when connected over IP infrastructure., 2, EA; LI 011: SVC-XWARR-2 Two-year extension of the product ™s warranty, except mics, headsets, batteries, CCC items and cables, including free parts and labor (shipping not included), continuous phone and e-mail tech support and software updates while under warranty. Available on new and customer-owned products (limitations apply). An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. NASA Shared Services Center is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com.
