- SSJ The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source for.308 Law Enforcement Ammunition. This requirement is for multiple FBI Field Offices. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Ryan Dolan by email. The email address is rdolan@fbi.gov.
