- This agency proposes to issue solicitation SPE4A6-18-R-0849 for a long-term strategic contract which include NSNs 6220-01-516-4925 and 6220-01-516-4926 to support weapon systems MRA / operational platform PARENT WSDC FOR ALL ARMY MRAP, LIGHT, MARKER CLEARANCE. A total of 2 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort. It is anticipated that the following part numbers will be priced for the initial contract award for this acquisition as cited below: CLIN 0001 6220-01-516-4925 Truck-Lite Company, CAGE 13548, P/N 35890R E-One, Inc, CAGE 8P082, P/N 670037 Oshkosh Defense, CAGE 75Q65, P/N 3382846 CLIN 0001 6220-01-516-4926 Truck-Lite Company, CAGE 13548, P/N 35890Y E-One, Inc, CAGE 8P082, P/N 670036 Oshkosh Defense, CAGE 75Q65, P/N 3382847 The proposed action is intended to be awarded as Other Than Full & Open Competition; Unrestricted and will be issued for a total 5 year period of performance. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the contracting officer will be forwarded to the identified OEM. This solicitation is proposed to be IAW FAR Part 15 effort. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract IAW FAR 16.103. The NSNs cited above have been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. This will be a competitive awarded contract and best value selection methods will be used. Reverse Auction Procurement Note L09 will be included in the solicitation The Government will award a single contract for this action. The solicitation will be posted on Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) on 07/02/2018. The issue date is 07/02/2018 and the closing date is 08/01/2018.. This solicitation will be issued for the following terms and conditions: FOB Origin/Inspection & Acceptance @ Destination, First Destination Transportation (FDT), Standard inspection applies, surge is not applicable, IAW non-commercial items.
