Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Medical Center has a requirement for Regulated Medical and Hazardous Waste collection and disposal for the following locations in Florida; Orlando 32827, Orlando 32803, Daytona 32114, Viera 32940, Kissimmee 34741, Tavares 32778, Orange City 32763, Clermont 34711 and Deltona (Address to be determined). The Government anticipates a Fixed- Price Requirements type contract award with five (5), twelve (12) months ordering periods. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website at URL: http://www.fbo.gov on or about June 18, 2018. TIERED EVALUATIONS INCLUDING SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS: The solicitation will be issued as a tiered evaluation for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns, or in the alternative, a tiered evaluation for Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) concerns, or in the alternative, a set-aside for other small business concerns with Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business concerns and 8(a) participants having priority. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled and the requirement resolicited. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Classification Code (NAICS) 562112 is $38.5M. Contractor s must have a valid DUNS number. Request DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet at: http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform/. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to do business with the Federal Government. Register at: https://www.sam.gov/. To be eligible for an award as a SDVOSB or VOSB, an offeror must be registered and verified with the Veterans Online Business Registry (VETBIZ) - Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database at: https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/Public/Register/Register.aspx.
