Description

Synopsis: The Federal Aviaton Administration is seeking any parties who may be interested in leasing to the Government an approximate range of 1,300 to 2,000 total usable square feet of contiguent class A to B space in one building. The space is to consist of administrative office for government employees and storage space. There must be a minimum of 6 off-street parking spaces for employee and Government-Owned vehicles. Subleases are not acceptable. Location: Building must be located within a 10-mile radius of the Tampa International Airport. Proposed Lease Term: 10-years with the FAA having the option for an additional 10 years. Please find review the attached cover letter.
