Description

RFI Posting Document Draft PWS Professional experiential education facilitation services are requested by the U.S. Government to assist with small group development throughout the teambuilding and leadership themed programs for Foreign Service Officers and Foreign Service Specialists. These programs are delivered as part of new employee orientation to the State Department and the Foreign Service, and are either a one- or two-day event for students, depending on the audience. The team building and leadership programs are held 'offsite' and away from the classroom, at a facility outside of Washington, D.C. area. An essential aspect of the program is the division of class members into small groups, each working with a facilitator. The U.S. Government seeks qualified individuals who can perform this small group facilitation.
