Description

Statement of Work (SOW) Critical Facility Operations RFI Cover letter The draft Preliminary SOW requires the provisioning of a comprehensive, proactive, mission critical facility operation and maintenance (O & M) program, including routine operations, management, preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance, minor alterations and improvements (A & I). Supported components include heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, fire protection systems, lighting, exterior perimeter security, a freight elevator, and document destruction. Contractor activities include the procurement of PM materials, replacement parts, or complete equipment replacement units. The support involves 24 x 7 x 365 O & M of all mission critical mechanical and electrical systems, to include immediate response to any system malfunction or failure.
