Description
Rough Terrain Forklifts/6KVR/ATLAS Item: CYLINDER ASSEMBLY,A NSN: 3040012894281 Manufacturer P/N: 6600364 Quantity: 9-125 Each Option: One 100% option FOB: Destination A Technical Data Package (TDP) will not be available for this procurement. This procurement is restricted to JLG (CAGE: 1YHH8). The proposed contract action is for the unique manufacturer's part number 6600364, which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability; however, this notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This announcement is a pre-solicitation synopsis only. The actual solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps website ( https://www.fbo.gov ), on or around July 6, 2018, but no later than July 30, 2018. The solicitation will contain DLAD provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction, which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique. After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction. Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction. Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be found at https://dla.procurexinc.com. Any questions related to the reverse auction system or process can be directed to dla.detroit.tacom.mbx.land-wrn-reverse-auction@mail.mil.
