- Sources Sought THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS A MARKET SURVEY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. The Marine Corps Logistics Command Albany, GA is conducting a sources sought to obtain information to determine the availability and capability of qualified sources that are technically capable of continous maintenance of the existing Video Teleconference (VTC) Equipment. Services to be provided are technical and installation support. The vendor shall be equipped with specialized tooling and lab support systems designed for remote diagnostics, testing and direct network access where applicable. Trained video and network engineers shall be available for end user and filed engineer technical support. This support encompasses telephone technical support, preventative maintenance, diagnosis, repair, parts replacement and loaner components, as well as field engineer dispatch, if required. POP is 22 August 2018 - 31 March 2019 with one12 month option year. NAICS PSC NOMENCLATURE 517919 D399 B3700 VTC Suite Maintenance Support The Marine Corps shall be responsible for transportation costs associated with shipping equipment to the Contractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for transportation costs associated with shipping equipment back to the Marine Corps. The Government will consider all responses from capable interested offerors, received by the closing date. All offers must be supported by information to enable the Government to evaluate an offers capability to repair these items without the Government providing technical data. All documentation shall become the property of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333314 and the small business size standard is 10 million dollars. Potential offerors having the skills, experience, professional qualifications, and capabilities necessary to perform the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement via e-mail. The capability statements shall not exceed five (5) pages and must include the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail, web-site, etc.); 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; and 3) Familiarity and product knowledge. The Government will use responses in this Sources Sought Notice to make appropriate acquisition decisions. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT REIMBURSE THE RESPONDENT FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PREPARING OR SUBMITTING A RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. THE GOVERNMENT RECOGNIZES THAT PROPRIETARY DATA MAY BE A PART OF YOUR SUBMITTAL. IF SO, CLEARLY MARK SUCH RESTRICTED OR PROPRIETARY DATA AND PRESENT IT AS AN ADDENDUM TO THE NON-RESTRICTED/NONPROPRIETARY INFORMATION.
