- Page 1 of 1 This synopsis precedes the issuance of a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C244-18-Q-0513. The Contractor shall furnish all services in accordance with the performance work statement and schedule identified in the solicitation to provide services necessary to perform ALS and BLS ambulance and wheelchair transportation services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The subsequent contract will be performed for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Coatesville VA Medical Center at 1400 Black Horse Hill rd, Coatesville, PA 19320. As a result of the solicitation, the Government intends to award one (1) 5- year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, (IDIQ) Contract, made to one offeror who meets the response requirements listed in the forth coming solicitation. This solicitation will be set aside for small businesses. All Contractors must be registered in System for Award Management at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award and complete their online Representations and Certifications at www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS code is 621910 with a size standard of $15 million in average annual receipts. Award will be made to the offeror whose quote is responsive and conforming to the RFQ using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures. The anticipated release date for the Solicitation is May 17, 2018. The solicitation will be posted at this website, www.fbo.gov.
