- 70Z08418QAA850100 SYNOPSIS / PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The U.S. Coast Guard, Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC), is procuring preventive maintenance services for HVAC equipment located at various USCG locations in Southern Louisiana and Mississippi. The solicitation will be issued as a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 238220 (Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors) and the size standard is $15 Million. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and any other items or services to perform preventive maintenance services for HVAC equipment located at various USCG locations in Southern Louisiana and Mississippi. The intended contract vehicle will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a Base Period beginning 01 October 2018 through 30 September 2019, with four one-year option periods. SAM Registration: Interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), formerly known as CCR. Information on SAM registration can be obtained at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. IMPORTANT: The solicitation will be available on 15 June 2018 and is anticipated to close on 24 July 2018. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Subpart 13.5 (Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items). Interested parties are hereby notified that this solicitation will be available exclusively on the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov. The solicitation (SF-1449), all attachments, and all amendments will be published for viewing and printing from the FedBizOpps website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website for the solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation. No paper copies of the solicitation and/or amendments will be distributed. QUESTIONS: Questions will NOT be accepted at this time; there will be a time period specified in the solicitation for receipt of questions.
