- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineering, Huntsville Center is currently in acquisition planning stage for the eventual award of a technical support training contract. The proposed technical support training contract will teach a laboratory course for the University Learning Center(ULC). The technical training will cover the following areas: Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Test and Balancing Quality Verfication (HVAC TBA), and Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems Commissioning(HVAC Systems Commissioning) courses. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineering is seeking interested parties with specialized capabilities to meet the requirements defined below in attached the Draft Performance Work Statement(PWS). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirements is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of response to this announcement. It is the Government's intent to consider awarding this acquisition under the authority of the Small Business Program. All interested firms are invited to submit a Capability Statement of no more than five (5) pages, and no smaller than 12 point Times New Roman font, and the attached Questionnaire. The capability statement should demonstrate the interested firm's understanding, capability, approach, qualification in meeting the work requirements identified in attached the draft Performance Work Statement(PWS). Response shall be provide via email to Sonya Sharp, Contract Specialist, at sonya.s.sharp@usace.army.mil and Tondra Madison, Contracting Officer tondra.r.madison@usace.army.mil no later than 13:00, Central Time, Wednesday, 27 June 2018.
