- Attachment 2 WD Attachment 1 SOW Request for Quote Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to: SrA Matthew Lorance at E-mail: matthew.lorance.1@us.af.mil no later than 12:00pm CST, 26 June 2018 in order to be considered timely. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received. Please contact SrA Matthew Lorance with additional questions at the above noted email address or call (210) 671-1731. Please see attached Request for Quote (RFQ), Statement of Work (SOW), and Wage Determination (WD). Please submit all questions regarding this requirement no later than 3:30 pm CST 22 June 2018, Friday. Failure to submit questions or quotes by the times and dates mentioned above may result in questions not being answered in a timely manner and/or quotes being considered late and ineligible for award.
