Description

Informal Justification The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Inc.; 100 South 5th Street, Suite 700; Minneapolis, MN 55402-1466 for a firm fixed priced purchase order for a 12-month period, for the renewal of maintenance on 130 TeamMate Audit Management Systems Software Licenses. Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Inc. is the sole entity permitted to license TeamMate in the United States. The authority for this acquisition is set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) "Soliciting from a Single Source." Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. This is not a request for quotation, and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All questions and submissions in response to this notice must be submitted electronically via email to Roger.Twigg@ssa.gov by 12:00pm EST on June 21, 2018. No telephone calls regarding this matter will be accepted or returned.
