Description

This amendment to the Combined Solicitation # 36C26218Q0692 is to answer questions submitted by contractors during the question period. Can we identify the vendor currently performing this work: The current vendor is Progressive Industries. Can we identify the current contract term to include any extensions? The Period of Performance of the current contract was from 6/16/2017 6/15/2018. An extension was exercised to extend the contract to 9/15/2018. Could we identify the current contract value for the current term? The current contract estimated value was $149,706.62. Is there a SOW for this bid, I did not see one? To bid we must have a SOW that identifies delivery days, locations, and times, locations, POCs & contract information, emergency orders, etc. this is a particularly important item. The Statement of Work is contained in the subsequent pages. Transition Time allotted (NOTE: the current vendor has to conduct a change of responsibility accountability inventory prior to the awardee taking place, as well as a Post Award Briefing between the vendor, the facility, and the Contracting Authority. The transition from one contractor to the next is already accounted for and has no bearing on any offer from any contractor. Can we add a CLIN for Emergency Orders, which is normally within a 24-hour period, which most often is same day delivery? All offerors are instructed to add a line item with their Emergency Delivery costs. (Emergency Deliveries are orders required within 6 business hours)
