This is a SOURCES SOUGHT request only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Government is NOT committed to award a contract pursuant to this announcement. This notice is published for market research purposes only. This notice is open to qualified business sources of all sizes. Information is sought regarding: The availability and capability of all qualified business sources; Whether qualified business sources are Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), small businesses, or large businesses; Vendor shall be and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that the OEM warranty and service provided are maintained by the OEM. Provide verification when submitting quote; If the items are available via VA NAC, GSA Advantage, and/or open market; Size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339112 for the proposed acquisition. User interface is driven through the tablet can be connected wirelessly (MiFi) to the consoles from anywhere in the operating room (OR). Ability to be hard-wired to the console. Completely customizable image as per each individual surgeon s preference. Individual surgeon preferences/profiles (160+ surgeon), to determine image settings, print settings, and display options.
