- Synopsis: It is the Government's intent to award a modification to Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract W56HZV-15-C-0099 pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, to BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P. (BAE Systems) (CAGE # 80212) for the acquisition of Systems Technical Services and Systems Sustainment Technical Services (STS/SSTS). This action will add 5,530,404 hours to the existing contract and extend the five-year period of performance by two years from 09 July 2020 to 08 July 2022. In addition, this modification will add vehicles managed by Project Manager Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (PM AMPV). This modification will allow for critical STS/SSTS services to be provided for vehicles managed by PM AMPV, and continuation of those services for the Project Manager Armored Fighting Vehicles (PM AFV). These services include engineering, logistics, and fielding to support the Bradley Fighting Vehicle System (BVFS) Family of Vehicles (FOV), the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) Carrier, and the M113 FOV. Engineering supports includes, but is not limited to Configuration Management, Engineering Change Proposals, Field Problem Analysis, Design and Development, Investigation and Trade Studies, System Integration, Reliability Availably Maintainability (RAM), Verification Testing, Safety Engineering, Software Support, Packaging Development, and Technical Data Package Maintenance. Logistics support includes, but is not limited, to Depot Logistics Engineering, Technical Data Provisioning, Modification Work Order efforts, and Vehicle deprocessing. Fielding support includes, but is not limited to, engineering support for previously fielded vehicles and post-production software maintenance, Field Service Representative support to Material Fielding Teams and embedded support to various Army units, performing inspections and repairs, and advising key Government personnel on operations, maintenance, and parts supply. This requirement is sole source to BAE, but may include subcontracting opportunities; please contact BAE.
