Description

SPEC Compliance Matrix Past Performance Questionnaire Specifications Document Statement of Work RFP Terms and Conditions Standard Form 33 Cover letter This notice is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the PACE Inertial Reference Unit (IRU). Please see the attached Cover Letter for further information. The Statement of Work, Attachment A, and the Specification, Attachment B describe the scope of the requirement. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 334511 and 1250 employees, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals for the items described above are due by 3:00 PM ET on August 10, 2018. All contractual and technical questions must be made in writing via e-mail to Joel Rivera at joel.rivera@nasa.gov not later than 4:00 PM ET on July 27, 2018. Telephone questions will not be accepted. NASA Clause 1852.215-84 (NOV 2011), Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of this combination solicitation and amendments (if any).
