Solicitation will follow this notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office 10 is seeking to acquire toxicology testing services for the Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN. In general, the Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center requires a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to provide toxicology testing services for the Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center located at 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN. The Government anticipates awarding a single, firm-fixed price contract. The Government further anticipates competing this requirement as full & open after exclusion of sources, set aside for Small Businesses. A formal Request for Quotes (RFQ) 36C2518Q9299 is to follow. The Government anticipates release of the RFQ to be June 19, 2018 with a due date of June 22, 2018. These dates are subject to change. Interested Offerors must refer to the final released RFQ on Federal Business Opportunities for due dates, times, and submission requirements.
