Initial Outfitting and Transition (IO&T) Facilities Support Services (FSS) W912DY-18-R-0047 Virtual Industry Day Announcement I. ANNOUNCEMENT INFORMATION The purpose of this announcement is to invite businesses to a Virtual Industry Day Conference that will allow the Government to provide valuable information to industry regarding the subject acquisition, answer questions concerning the requirement, gather information to support the acquisition approach, and receive buy-in from industry. The Virtual Industry Day will also provide networking opportunities, and we encourage small business participation to increase the visibility of potential small business opportunities. The agenda will consist of an overview of the scope of work, preliminary acquisition approach, tips and best practices for small businesses, and a question and answer session. Date and Time: 26 June 2018, 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. Central Standard Time (CST) Location: The Virtual Industry Day will be held via Audio & Web Meeting (see Registration Requirements below for conference access). THIS NOTICE IS ISSUED SOLELY FOR INFORMATIONAL AND PLANNING PURPOSES AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. II. PROJECT INFORMATION The Government's objective is to procure contractors who have the capability to support multiple task orders simultaneously at various geographical locations throughout the contiguous United States and outside the contiguous United States, including but not limited to Belgium, Germany, Japan, Republic of Korea, Netherlands, and Poland. The IO&T services will include but are not limited to providing Military Health System compatible comprehensive project management; comprehensive interior design development; comprehensive equipment planning; equipment purchasing; transition and relocation planning; receipt, storage and warehousing of new and existing equipment; installation, technical inspection, and training for equipment/systems/ and final turnover, close-out and post-occupancy evaluations for identified construction projects. Work will be performed in compliance with building codes that are determined applicable at the point of design and/or construction. Work will be accomplished through performance based work statements stating the measurable performance standards and the terms of the required results. This support may call for extensive domestic and foreign travel. The contractors and subcontractor personnel shall be able to obtain necessary security clearances and visas/passports. The Government is seeking to identify qualified small and large business sources under the anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541614, Process, Physical Distribution, and Logistics Consulting Services. The small business size standard is $15 million. CEHNC anticipates awarding multiple indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts for the IO&T program, with a thirty-six (36) month base ordering period and two twelve (12) month optional ordering periods. The anticipated program capacity shared by all awarded contracts is approximately $495 million. III. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS Registration: Pre-registration is a requirement for this conference.
