- N0017818Q0152 SF18 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N0017818Q0152 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a Sole Source basis from SCINTEC CORPORATION the following items; Large Aperture Scintillometer BLS2000 Dual Disc Design - Part # A013000 Qty. 1 Power Supply for BLS2000 - Part # A013075 Qty. 2 Tripod Standard, 1.80 height - Part # A014400 Qty. 2 Tripod High,3.0 height - Part # A014420 Qty.2 Mounting Screws for BLS/SLS - Part # A014430 Qty 1 SCINTEC CORPORATION is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole provider of the required items. There are no authorized resellers available. It has been determined that no other manufacturer's products will provide the current capabilities or meet the Government's minimum requirements. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 27 June 2018, no later than 4:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 1 August 2018. All questions shall be submitted to the Government POC listed no later than 25 June 2018 at 12:00 p.m. EST to allow ample response time before the close of the bidding period.
