Description

FAA is seeking 9,180 to 10,000 Usable Square Feet (USF) of Office withing a 5 mile radius of McCarran International Airport. Office space must contain a public reception area and work space for an estimated 53 to 55 Government personnel full time and up to 60 to 65 total personnel (including vistors) during daytime operational hours. The proposed space must meet Federal Government requirements for fire life safety, accessibillity, seismic, security and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A full description of these requirements is available upon request. A fully serviced lease is preferred. RESPONDENTS ARE ADVISED THAT THE FAA ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY TO AWARD A LEASE BASED UPON REPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT, AND THE FAA WILL NOT REIMBURSE ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
