Synopsis/Solicitation N0017818R0301 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure on a brand name basis for the following Abaco Hardware: PPC8A-9ABS PPC8A Single Board Computer (SBC), 10 PMC613FXRCSC PMC613 Network Interface Card (NIC) 10 PMCGA3-1AE7P0 PMCGA3 Video Graphics Card 10 RM921NB-000000240 RM921NB Network Switch 5 The requested hardware must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) with other equipment currently installed. Abaco Systems, Inc. is located in Huntsville, AL. ONLY BRAND NAME NEW EQUIPMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED NO SUBSITUTIONS. Quote ALL or none. Offerors MUST be and authorized Abaco Reseller. Please submit your Abaco reseller authorization letter with your quote. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114 if applicable. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 11 July 2018, no later than 12:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 26 September 2018.
