Description
1) SpectrPro HRS 300mm Imaging Spectrograph with 90 degree optical pather, part number HRS-300S-NI (Quantity - 1 each). 2) Princeton Instruments exclusive KURO: 2048B back immuminated sCMOS Camera System, part number KURO-2048B (Quantity - 1 each). 3) LightField Acquistion software with built-in Math Engine, part number LF (Quantity - 1 each). 4) Ruled Grating, 68x68mm, 300 G/mm with 500nm blaze wavelength, part number i1-030-500-p (Quantity - 1 each). 5) Ruled Grating, 68x68mm, 1200 G/mm with 500nm blaze wavelength, part number I1-120-500-P (Quantity - 1 each). 6) Blazed Holographic Grating, 68x68mm, 2400G/mm, VIS optimized, part number i1-240-HVIS-P (Quantity - 1 each). The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this requirement in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to Princeton Instruments, 3660 Quakerbridge Rd., Trenton, NJ 08619 due to unique capability. This is the only known vendor that can provide all of the frame rate requirements and have a quatum efficency that meets the requirements and particularly in the ultraviolet part of of the spectrum. Frame rates should be at least 25 frame/sec with full frame of pixels and at least 2500 frame/sec with at least one full row of pixels. The quantum efficiency of the detector must be greater than 25% from 250 nm to 900nm. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however any firms believing that they can provide the product may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893618Q0220 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. Effective June 11, 2018, entities who create or update their registration in SAM.gov to apply only for federal assistance opportunities such as grants, loans, and other financial assistance programs, have a notarized letter on file within 30 days of registration. Additionally, Effective June 29, 2018, all non-Federal entities who create or update their registration in SAM.gov, have a notarized letter on file within 30 days of registration. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an "Active" status as the government cannot award to an entity without an "Active" SAM registration.
