- Description
- Companies interested in a prime contractor role for Mk21A. -------------------------------------------------------- Added 20 June 2018 The Mk21A TMRR acquisition strategy is for a single award contract with a performance period of thirty-six (36) months to get through PDR followed by an option to extend the term of the contract for an additional 12 months. A Draft RFP will follow this notice as posted to the Bidders Library. The Unclassified Bidders Library is being maintained on a SharePoint and access is being provided to potential prime contractors only. The classified documents in the Bidders Library are not available on the SharePoint but are being made available either through access to the program office vault or by classified CD/DVD. Attached to this notice is the list of contractors that self-identified as potential primes during market research and their Point of Contact (POC) for teaming and subcontracting arrangements. Again, please contact the PCO listed below if you are interested in performing the Mk21A TMRR effort in a prime contractor role and are not already listed. If seeking a prime contractor role, you will be granted Bidders Library access and be added to the Potential Prime Contractor list to facilitate communication with subcontractors and other teaming partners. The Mk21A Program has been authorized to exclude foreign participation at the prime contractor level. Use of non-U.S. persons including subcontract effort are subject to 22 C.F.R. 120-130 and 15 C.F.R. 730-799.
