Description

Notice of Intent The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source commercial item procurement with Red One Medical, the exclusive service disabled veteran owned small business distributor of BrainLab products. The Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) requested the following exact match equipment listed below. This proposed contract is for Brainlab Pointer W/Blunt Tip and Accessories for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of VAAR 819.7007.   This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes The Government will not pay for any information submitted as a result of this notice.
