Draft - Wetland Buffer Site Map Draft Drawings for Hazardous Waste Concrete Containment Pad Draft Scope of Work - Hazardous Waste Concrete Containment Pad SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: Construction of a Concrete Hazardous Waste Containment Pad Army Reserve Center, Mattydale, NY This is a Sources Sought Notice and should not be construed as a Solicitation Announcement. The submission of this information is for planning purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the government to procure any services, nor is it the intent of the Army Contracting Command- New Jersey to award a contract on the basis of this Request for Information (RFI) or otherwise pay for the information sought. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC- NJ is seeking preliminary marketing information, from capable and reliable small business sources to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources capable of performing all requirements of the below item. This is a single requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 238110, Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors The ACC-NJ anticipates releasing a solicitation announcement, to be published in the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov), on or about 20 July 2018. The solicitation will consist of a FIRM-FIXED-PRICE contract for a period of performance of 45 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. 2. Project Scope & Location(s): Construction of a Concrete Hazardous Waste Containment Pad at the William H. Seward ARC/AMSA #81, 1099 East Molly Road Mattydale, NY 13211-1399. SEE ATTACHED DRAFT SCOPE OF WORK FOR SPECIFIC DETAILS. 3. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement and email to deborah.e.terrell.civ@mail.mil Submission shall be received by 10:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time, 25 June 2018 and shall not exceed five (5) one-sided, 8-1/2 x 11 pages. This notice is only for market research purposes. This Sources Sought Announcement does not constitute a request for proposal nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of response to this notice. All data received in response to this sources sought notice marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from release outside the U.S. Government. No hard-copy or facsimile submissions will be accepted. Cover letters and extraneous materials (brochures, etc) will be considered.
