Description

The purpose of this Amendment 00006 to COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION 36C24618Q0798 is to make the following changes to the Statement of Work (SOW): Remove from SOW, Section Camera Locations New : 1. PTZ exterior building 4, Southeast corner Replace with: PTZ exterior building 1, Northeast corner The following statement is added to the SOW, Section C. INSTALLATION: ALL removed equipment will be retained by the VA. Reminders: Offers must acknowledge receipt of all amendments prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers. Failure of your acknowledgement to be received at the place designated for the receipt of offers prior to the hour and date specified may result in rejection of your offer. Quotes are due by 04:00PM Eastern Standard time on June 29, 2018. Quotes received after this date and time will be considered late in accordance with 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated. Written quotes shall be submitted via email to Melisha.Evans@va.gov. NO FAXED OR MAILED OFFERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. All submissions become part of the procurement file. Except as provided via amendments 00001,00002, 00003, 00004, 00005 and 00006; all terms and conditions of COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION 36C24618Q0798 remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
