- Ad with Map Expressions of Interest Sought Advertisement The U.S. Government currently houses a modular trailer on land with an inspection dock under lease in Garden City, GA that will be expiring. The Government requires land yielding a minimum of.5 acres or 21,781 contiguous ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to house the Government owned modular trailer and necessary improvements to facilitate Government on-site truck inspections coming and going to the Port. Minimum ABOA square feet: 21,781 (.5 acres) Maximum ABOA square feet: 87,120 (2 acres) The lease term requirement is for 10 years, 5 years firm. The space must be available for occupancy 120 working days upon award. The delineated area is as follows: North Boundary: Interstate 95 East Boundary: State Highway 21/Augusta Road to Interstate 516 South Boundary: Interstate 16/Jim Gillis Historic Savannah Parkway West Boundary: Interstate 95 Other applicable requirements include the following features: • Inspection Dock with adequate lighting and electrical outlets, approximately 40' in length and 42" off the ground. Inspection dock must also have a canopy and two sets of stairs. • Blacktop Driveway/Parking lot approximately 210 x 100 feet to accommodate up to eight tractor-and-trailers. And area to park a minimum of 10 vehicles behind the inspection dock. • Bollards to be placed at location in front of modular building as well at entrance of site to allow Government to secure site after hours. • Handicap Accessible Ramp and set of stairs to provide access to Government provided modular building after brought on site. • All utilities are on site and connected to Government modular building. • Landscape maintenance and Dumpster Service is required The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
