- Request for Quote to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the procurement of Colt OEM Replacement Parts J & A (Brand Name) The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) / Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a requirement for Colt Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts / accessories (Brand Name) and invites Colt's Manufacturing Company LLC and its authorized distributors to submit a quote in accordance with the attached solicitation for establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached BPA as prescribed in FAR 13.303. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 70CMSW18Q0000014 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement of Colt firearms OEM replacement parts and accessories as identified in the attached list. The NAICS code is 332994 (Small Arms, Ordnance, and Ordnance Accessories Manufacturing) and the size standard is 1,000 employees. Content and Instructions for Quote Submission: Quote shall be submitted in accordance with the attached solicitation package and are due on July 9, 2018 no later than 4:00 pm EST. All questions concerning this combined synopsis/solicitation must be directed in writing via email only to Muharrem Sayan, Contract Specialist, at Muharrem.Sayan@ice.dhs.gov no later than Jun 26, 2018 @ 4:00 pm EST. No questions or inquiries will be accepted by telephone. The distribution of any resulting amendments to the solicitation will be accomplished solely through the FedBizOpps (www.FBO.gov) website. Hard copies of the solicitation documents will not be available. Therefore, no written, telephone, or facsimile requests for the documents will be accepted. The FedBizOpps website provides downloading instructions.
