- Advance Motorcycle Training Course (H92239-18-R-0004) SYNOPSIS The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide Advanced Motorcycle Training for their personnel and/or other designated units/personnel IAW USASOC Regulation 385-1, Safety Accident and Reporting. The course is no less than (40) hours, hands on, classroom instruction, and certification. The training courses will be conducted, up to six (6) times annually, 10 students per course. The anticipated period of performance is a 12 month base year with four (4) one-year options. Training locations include, Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington, Ft. Campbell, Kentucky, Ft. Bragg, North Carolina, Eglin AFB, Florida, and Ft. Carson, Colorado. The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 611692, "Automotive Driving School" with a size standard of $7.5 Million. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business and will be subject to the policies and procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other applicable regulations and FAR supplements. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated to be made available to interested industry participants during the month of July 2018. The RFP and any subsequent documents will be accessible through the following site only: https://www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring these sites for the release of the RFP package and any subsequent amendments. No paper copies of the RFP will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored.
