Description
Scope of Work The New York Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention department currently seeks local newspaper advertising in Western, NY in order to assist with recruitment efforts in this region. The geographic locations for local advertising required in NYS is: Batavia, Oakta, Perry, Warsaw, Canandaigua, Livingston, Dansville and Mt. Morris. This willl be a firm-fixed price contract with 1 base year plus four option years. Performance Period: Starting 1 August 2018-31 July 2019 in addition there will be year 4 option years. See attached scope of work for additional details and information. This requirement is set aside for small business. Contractor manpower Reporting: This is an adminsitrative requirement to report labor hours attributed to contract on the following website: http://www.ecmra.mil See scope of work attached. Please note partial quotes will not be considered. All amendments to this requirement will be posted to FBO and individual notices will not be sent out. All quotes must be emailed to hemwatie.ramasami.civ@mail.mil prior to closing of this requirement. All requests for further clarification must be emailed no later than 10 July 2018 by close of business 5pm EST. Quotes must include the following information: 1. Vendor name, address Cage Code and or DUNS # 2. Vendor must have an active and valid SAM registration on www.SAM.GOV. Invalid or expired SAM registrations may result in an ineligible determination. 3. Detailed Pricing for advertising services including base year, plus 4 option years. 4. Contractor manpower reporting requirement pricing for reporting. If no charge, please state "no charge in proposal". 5. list of newspapers advertising will be in. 6. Schedule for ads to be run. Offerors will be evaluated based upon price and the the vendor's ability to meet the minimum specifications identified in the scope of work.
