- This notice is to post Request for Proposal SPE4A7-18-R-1211, which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), which includes a FIVE year base period. The item being procured is a COVER INSULATING,BL. This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity for 314 EA. The required delivery schedule is 216 days after receipt of order. Surge and Sustainment applies for quantity of 54 EA. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for each NSN. Solicitation issue date is 31 July 2018. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select " Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB) " from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.
