- Sole Source J&A Sole Source NOCA The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAD, Eglin AFB FL, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for maintenance of Power Distribution Units for the 513 EWS IAW 13.106-1(b) to Joe Powell and Associates, 6775 Meadow LN, Alpharetta, GA. Anticipated award date is 06 Jul 2018. This requirement is for one base year + 3 option years: CLIN 0001: Maintenance for existing PDUs The base Period of Performance for these services will be on a base + 3 option year basis for 513 EWS, Eglin Air Force Base, FL, 32542 on a FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 811310, small business size standard: $7.5M. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items/services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items/services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Response and questions shall be submitted electronically to yara.abawi.2@us.af.mil.
