Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT A SINGLE SOURCE The Bureau of Land Management, on behalf of the Lakeview District Office, intends to award one purchase order with the Town of Lakeview on a single source basis under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to procure 911 Dispatching Services in Lake County, Oregon for activities on the public lands, waters, roads and trails administered by the BLM. The Government requires 911 dispatching, public safety communications, and relaying and/or call transferring services in the furtherance of emergency management on the Lakeview District BLM lands in Lake County, Oregon. The NAICS code is 561421, unrestricted. The Bureau of Land Management anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the Town of Lakeview for this requirement up to 5 years (including options). Interested parties that believe they could satisfy the requirements listed above for BLM may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via email to lreinarz@blm.gov. All responses to this notice of intent must be submitted so that they are received at lreinarz@blm.gov no later than June 24, 2018 at noon Pacific Time. In response to a question received - the "anticipated number of calls or minutes per month?" is estimated at 150 to 200 per year. In addition, the response due date is extended to June 26, 2018 at noon, Pacific Time.
