The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract with only one source, Energy Technologies, Inc. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-98. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335999, with a small business size standard of 500. The NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PORT HUENEME DIVISION is seeking to purchase UPS, 1.5 KVA Rackmount Front Battery Access, EQT enhance. The UPS provides filtering power and protection OL-657A(V)/S, Data processing group Local area network Access Units (LAUs) cabinets in fit with the existing cabinet extruding pins used to align the UPS. The alignment system secures the UPS for mechanical shock and vibration hardness.
