- Solicitation Mandatory Air Force Ordering Guide for carpets Statement of Objective for Hoban Hall carpet replacement This acquisition is for the re-carpeting of Hoban Hall Bldg6448 at Barksdale, AFB. Contractor shall follow the AF Carpet Ordering Guide attached. Also, see attached solicitation & Statement of Work. A site visit will be performed June 22, 2018 @3:00 PM Central. Interested contractors will arive at the East Gate for access into Barksdale. Request that you please have a rough estimate on lead time on required carpet selections.
