Description

FAR CLAUSES SF-1449 Base Alameda lead base paint removal Statement of Work for the removal of lead based paint This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70Z037-18-Q-PAA47400 issued as an invitation for bids/price quotes unless otherwise indicated herein. The soilicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Cicular FAC 2005-63. The associated North American Industrial Classification Sysyem (NAICS) codes for this procurement are: 562998 and 238990 with small business size standard of 500 personnel. Only qualified offerors/bidders may submit bids/price quotes. In particular, US Coast Guard Base Alameda requires a responsible Contractor to provide all labors, material, equipment, tools, supervision and licenses as necessary to SAFELY REMOVE AND DISPOSE (in accordance with local, state, and federal regualtions) THE EXISING LEAD BASE PAINT FLOOR COATING, approximately 3,700 sq.ft. in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). (510) 437-5361 for a site visit prior to bid/price quote submission. All prospective contractors/vendors must be registered to System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award and must comply to pertinent Federal Acquisitions Regulations, local, state and federal regulations deem necessary for the performance and total completion of this project.
