Description
WWR Wounded Warrior Call Center This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for professional services to provide 24/7/365 centralized call center assistance service support to all active duty, separated, and retired wounded, ill or injured (WII) Marines, Sailors attached to Marine Corps units, and their family members. This service supports the Marine Corps Wounded Warrior Regiment's (WWR) Recovery Care Program (RCP), Wounded Warrior Call Center (WWCC). The target populations for this service includes all active duty, separated, and retired WII Marines, Sailors attached to Marine Corps units, and their family members. The responsible office for this service is the WWR. This effort also assists the Marine For Life (M4L) Network which connects transitioning Marines and their family members to education resources, employment opportunities, and other veteran services that aid in their career and life goals outside of military service. This effort facilitates connection with potential employers, schools, and veteran resources that have opportunities available. The target population for this service includes all Marines and Sailors attached to Marine Corps units, and their family members. This requirement will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The Period of Performance (POP) will be for a base period of twelve (12) months with a twelve (12) month option period. Included is a six (6) month Option to Extend Services clause IAW FAR 52.217-8.
