Please request an ackowledgement of your question or proposal to verify its receipt.*** _____________________________________________________________________ The 14th Contracting Squadron intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Base Network and Telecommunication Systems (BNTS) Services, on the basis of price, past performance and other factors. The Contractor shall perform all duties and tasks associated with the management, installation and configuration of communications, information and computer systems for Columbus AFB, Mississippi (CAFB) and the CAFB supported site Shuqualak, MS Auxilary Airfield. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and other items and services in support of the mission of the 14th Flying Training Wing (14 FTW) at CAFB by providing timely, proactive, high quality communications and computer services. The period of performance will include 14 days of phase-in (transition), a five-month base period, and four, one-year option periods. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) and other applicable attachments are posted with the Request for Proposal, FA302218R0005 on the included SF1449. This procurement will be competed as a 100% 8(a) Small Business set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 517311 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers) and the small business size is 1,500 employees. The requirement is as a commercial service using Contracting by Negotiation under the authority of FAR 15.203. The evaluation criteria are detailed 52.212-2 - Evaluation -- Commercial Items, of the SF1449. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website at https://sam.gov. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
