Description

The purpose of this contract is to provide engineering, system integration, installation, fabrication, research and development, rapid prototype, test and evaluation, experimentation, logistics, sustainment, information assurance, certification and accreditation, risk management framework support, security and administrative support, and acquisition support for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Reconnaissance, and Surveillance (C4ISR), cyber and space systems. System types for which services may be required under this contract include: Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Reconnaissance, and Surveillance (C4ISR); cyber; space systems; visual systems including video teleconference and audio- video systems; voice systems; electronic security systems, closed circuit television; telemetry; cryptographic systems; navigation aids; simulation and trainers; local area networks, wide area networks, converged networks and enterprise networks; virtualization; thin client systems; cloud computing and analytics; machine learning; artificial intelligence; software development including applications for computers, servers, mobile devices and wearable devices; communications, electronics and networks infrastructure; communications (Satellite Communications (SATCOM), Terrestrial, Radio Frequency (RF) propagation and engineering, switching systems, and network operations, testing and management); Military Construction (MILCON) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance / Information Technology (C4ISR/IT) Integration; Network Security and Security Engineering (information detection, protection, assurance); and Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3). Contract activities may be performed throughout the world but primarily at shore facilities in the Indo-Asia-Pacific Region including Hawaii, Guam, Japan, San Diego, South Korea, Singapore, Philippines, Australia, and outside this region at Bahrain, Djibouti and Italy. In addition, work may be performed on-board coalition partner nation afloat vessels and on board U. S. Coast Guard vessels in port or at sea.
