Allen Bradley Parts. Accepting offer from US Supply Chain ONLY. Stock originating OCONUS will not be accepted. NOTES: IUID LABEL IS REQUIRED FOR ITEM WITH UNIT PRICE EXCEEDS $5K. LABELS MUST BE MACHINE-READABLE FORMAT RECOGNIZED BY DOD PER MIL-STD 130N. Solicitation N0042118Q0475 is issued as competitive procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. Allen Bradley (Rockwell Automation) is the OEM. This is a brand name 100 % match only! Substitute or similar product will not be accepted. Accepting offers from Allen Bradley (US SUPPLY CHAINS ONLY) distributors or reseller providing the product being offered is acquired through proper channels with full traceability to the OEM. Must be 100% OEM Parts, Brand New, No Refurbished. All warranties must remain the same with no exceptions. IUID LABEL IS REQUIRED FOR ITEM WITH UNIT PRICE OVER $5k, MUST BE MACHINE-READABLE FORMAT RECOGNIZED BY DOD PER MIL-STD 130N. ***Basis for Award*** Although not set-aside for Total Small Business, offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be made to small business owners. Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. The award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract.
