Description

The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is soliciting offers under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number 36C78618Q0392 for a 64 Aerator 3-Point Lift Tractor Attachment for the Puerto Rico National Cemetery located at 50 Avenida Cementerio Nacional, Bayamon, Puerto Rico 00961. This acquisition implements a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The NAICS Code is 333120; Size Standard is 1,500 employees. Offers received from concerns that are not SDVOSBs shall not be considered. SDVOSBs must be verified for ownership and control and listed in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov prior to the due date for proposals. (See Provision 852.219-10 VA Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside.) COMPLETION TIME: Delivery of equipment shall be completed within Sixty (60) calendar days from date of contract receipt. The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to the offeror who provides the lowest price quote that adheres to all the Minimum Technical Requirements entailed within the Product Specification document attached to the solicitation.
