Description

J&A FAR part 13 The Wisconsin National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to BJ's Catering, 990 North Center Street, Gaylord, MI. BJ's Catering is the only www.sam.gov vendor within 35 miles of Camp Grayling capable of delivering roughly 24,000 catered over the period of 06-11JUL18 and 22-25JUL2018 meals without the use of Camp Grayling Kitchens at 5 seperated locations. Delivery times will as early as 4:00AM and as late as 10:00PM. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 13.501(a)(2), only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the supplies that will satisfy the agency requirements. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 722320. The Small Business size standard is $7.5 million. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, however, all responsible sources that believe they can meet all of the requirements, may contact the USPFO for Wisconsin via email at curtis.p.clements.mil@mail.mil and be considered by the government. To be considered interested parties must be registered on System for Award Management (SAM). Interested parties must have clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no responses are received by June 28th 11:00 AM CST, a sole source contract will be pursued with BJ's Catering.
